Summer Meals

The Laveen School District will be providing free meals to all children all summer!

Summer meal service begins May 30, 2023 at all Laveen schools. Schedules will change in July at the conclusion of Summer School.

Meals will be served in the school cafeteria on the following dates and times. Curbside meal pickup is no longer offered due to the expiration of federal waivers that permitted this practice.

Students participating in summer school will enjoy breakfast and lunch during summer school hours which vary from those listed below. Locations and serving times will change in July.

Children 18 years and younger may enjoy a nutritious breakfast and lunch over the summer break. All kids’ meals are free. There are no income requirements and you do not need to register. Children do not need to be enrolled in a Laveen school to participate. The summer meal program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Adult meals are available for purchase; breakfast is $2.50 and lunch is $3.50.
